This flagship program is composed of three one-hour sessions that can be delivered across three workshops or as a half-day programme.

THE STRESS EXPRESS

A 75-minute standalone workshop explore how to navigate uncertainty, reframe stress and cultivate a healthy mindset.

WHY CHOOSE STRESS EXPRESS?

This workshop provides a roadmap to self-awareness, enabling individuals to identify and challenge common negative thought patterns that often exacerbate  and drive stress.

 

Participants will gain a greater understanding on how to approach challenges with a positive mindset, cultivate more ease and calmness in their mind and body,  and build internal resilience in the face of change.

  • Learn to recognise core mental patterns that amplify stress

  • Learn how to retrain the brain to make work for you

  • The key to building habits that shift you into calmness

WHAT IS COVERED IN THE SESSION:

Jodie is a Chronic Illness Recovery and Mindset Coach. She is highly skilled and deeply passionate about positively affecting health through nervous system regulation, mind-body connection and brain retraining techniques. 

 

At the peak of her former career as a journalist,  Jodie became ill with chronic fatigue syndrome and found recovery through some of the very tools she now teaches others.  

 

Originally from England but now based in LA, Jodie delivers practical and powerful workshops, helping people influence their own mental and physical well-being.

Bianca is a Neurolinguistic Master Practitioner (NLP), Coach and speaker with a background in psychology, business and neuroscience. She is passionate about improving community mental health, and the power of the mind-body connection.

After overcoming her own mental and physical health struggles, Bianca now uses her experience & knowledge to facilitate workshops across NZ, and helps people discover their potential for change and recovery.

  • How can we book Mindflex for my team?
    You can book by emailing bianca@mindflex.com or filling out the form at the bottom of the page. Alternatively you can schedule a 15 min zoom call via the 'get in touch' button to find our how our workshops can suit your business. If you prefer to call, please call either of us directly and we will get back to you to discuss your workplace or team needs.
  • Can the material customized to suit our employee needs?
    We offer the suite of Mindflex workshops as listed, but if preferred we are able to do a bespoke workshop to suit your team. With a deep understanding of the mind body connection, communication, mindset, self care, mental health, stress management, and building resilience, we will tailor the content to your employee needs.
  • If our employees' require further support and accountability, what do you offer?
    Both Jodie & Bianca provide coaching packages beyond Mindflex workshops and additional support can be accessed for your employees as required.
  • What is the format?
    The workshops can be conducted either in-house at your premises or online. depending on your team requirements. The standalone workshops are run over 60-75min. Teams may opt for a 60min session (without the Q&A) if there are time constraints. The 3 hour Mindflex Flagship can be delivered as a series of one hour sessions spread over consecutive days or weeks, or as a one-day intensive half day workshop, based on preference and availability of participants.
  • What is the investment?
    This is dependent on the workshop, and the number of attendees. Please get in touch so we can discuss further. All offerings can be tailored to suit your business needs, timings and schedules.
  • How are Mindflex workshops different than what is currently out there?
    Research in the mental health sector is moving at pace and it is important to us that we are constantly shifting and moving with the times. We bring a fresh, interactive approach and both have a strong ability to connect to a diverse audience. We value real life experience, and not just outdated theories and it is important that our workshops are centered around practical tools and takeaways that can be implemented in everyday life.
  • Are Mindflex workshops suitable for all employees?
    The workshops are for everyone in the organization, no matter their role or experience.
